I would highly recommend Ruby to anyone who needs help with medical coding. She is extremely patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and a delight to work with. I firmly believe that I've accomplished more in 10 tutoring sessions with Ruby than I did in my entire online coding course. She takes the time to methodically break down each concept step by step until you understand how to reach the right answer on your own. Ruby also taught me how to navigate the coding books more efficiently, and offered several helpful tips for passing my exams.
